I was going to give Doug 1 star just to be different from everyone else but decided against it. The best of part of Doug is he encourages all his bankers to be individuals and use their unique traits to better themselves. I think a key part of his leadership is something I referred to as banker training wheels. The more tenured bankers on the team will be encouraged to help the newest ones... This is genius in its approach as it allows those about to graduate the ability to transition to a seasoned region very easily while also encouraging new bankers to continually grow, seek guidance, and focus on refining their own business.
