He was professional, understanding, explained all my questions until I understood, returned all my calls, calmed my fears, he has patience and I grow to trust him. Tracy did a great job keeping us in the loop, answering questions including a couple of follow up items after we were passed along to the support team process. Rocket Mortgage does a great job at customer service! The only regret was that Tracy was unable to get us tickets to a CAVs game at Rocket Mortgage arena (just kidding!)
