Frank was a complete shock for me, I met him on the phone this morning and we discussed my current situation. He was professional, efficient and followed through with me till the late afternoon; should mention that it was Friday and i expected to get very little accomplished. By the end of the day, he stayed on top of it until he had completed all of the necessary paperwork; helped me upload documents and got me and my family headed in the right direction again. I had gone into detail with him about the experience that I had with the previous mortgage company and they all worked with me to make sure that didn't happen again and even saved me over a $100.00 a month on my mortgage.
