We enjoyed working with Nick who was our first contact at Quick and Loans. We always worry that lenders jut want to scam Seniors not in this case. Nick stuck by us through the whole process of refinancing. Was patient with us answering our our questions and concerns. He was direct and honest and he navigated the whole process with us until the end. We recommend him highly. My wife had recently passed away and I was left with medical and other bills. In addition to that I could no longer depend on her income. I called Rocket Mortgage and Jose answered the phone. I told him about my problem and asked him about a refinance on my home. He told me that I qualified for a 3.25% VA loan. The loan was a lower rate than I was presently paying. I got the loan refinanced ...My wife had recently passed away and I was left with medical and other bills. In addition to that I could no longer depend on her income. I called Rocket Mortgage and Jose answered the phone. I told him about my problem and asked him about a refinance on my home. He told me that I qualified for a 3.25% VA loan. The loan was a lower rate than I was presently paying. I got the loan refinanced and receive enough money to pay all the debts and still had money left to rebuild my savings.
