Sean did a great job answering all of my questions in a timely manner. His help, along with the rest of the team made my refinance much easier and less painful than getting my initial mortgage. Excellent work Sean, team, and the rest of Rocket Mortgage also..

If 4.5 were an option, I would have given Andrew exactly that- almost perfect. There was one miscommunication on pricing, however, it was resolved to my satisfaction.

Andrew did not hesitate to step in, even after the "sale" was made. When I needed assistance and couldn't get it resolved otherwise, Andrew was there for me.

Justin did a great job helping us refinance our home. We talked with one other lender and Justin was much quicker to respond and follow up with us. I could not believe how easy the entire process was. With the online features and reminder emails we were able to complete almost everything online.
