Marissa was a pleasure to work with. Very professional, quick with follow up and simplified the process. I'd highly recommend Rocket Mortgage but specifically Marissa as your point of contact to guide you all the way from start to finish.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Sammy is very friendly, knowledagable and patient. This is my second refinance with Rocket and with Sammy and he always takes time, at any time, to answer questions I have.
I will continue to use Rocket Mortgage for any loan needs I have because they are a great company but the number one reason is because of Sammy. He deserves a raise and/or promotion.

I really enjoyed working with Ryan. While he remained professional we were still able to have general conversation. He helped make the process the simplest I was ever able to complete. Ryan was prompt in returning calls, texts and answering questions. It would be a pleasure to work with him again. I would highly recommend his service.
