Ryan you are a people person if I ever knew one. I felt an instant connection never haven't met you or knowing anything about you. Professionally you were beyond my expectations. I changed gears in the middle of my condo purchase and you didn't miss a beat! You absolutely rock! PS I'm directing these comments to you because everyone else must know what a great help you are to everyone.
