Chris was very helpful with walking through the process. VA loan was straightforward and although there were some minor setbacks, he was more than helpful with things that he had control of. Would recommend him on further loans.

Ryan was always available, responded immediately and was incredibly enthusiastic. We found the transition through the loan process to be a bit cumbersome, especially as we were directed to other specialists in the team process where the process became quite impersonal. When we had an issue we could still go to Ryan for clarification. We would have preferred to work exclusively with Ryan.

Nathan is fantastic! As an example, one Sunday morning I left him a message asking a question about closing costs. I expected him to respond on Monday. Instead, Nathan offered to call us on Sunday to respond. He totally went above and beyond exceeding all my expectations. Very pleased with the ease of the process.

This is the second loan I got through Robert Divis and Rocket Mortgage. Robert is such a wonderful man to deal with throughout this process. He is very professional and polite. I would send everyone I know to him if they need a loan. Thank you Robert for your service, you were great to talk to. Lynnea Owasso, Ok

Michael helped us with our relocation move. Selling a home in PA & purchasing a home in CT. Great customer service, fast responsive time. This is the 2nd time working with Rocket Mortgage - both times they have been very helpful.

I would GIVE him 5 stars and I mean 5 being the very best. He was very informative, knew his business, kind and patient. He answered all my questions with real answers. He is an asset to your company and there should be be more people like him in this world. I would do business with him anytime.
