Cynthia was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. I am inexperienced in the area as well as have limited free time during work hours. Cynthia took the time to explain everything, was extremely patient and professional with everything and really went above and beyond throughout the entire process. I greatly appreciate her.

We could not be happier. She was bombarded with questions from us, and she always made time to ensure we understood every step in the process. Hightly recommend.

Angelo was responsive to all of our needs during the entire process. The underwriting portion is never easy, and Angelo made sure he communicated all of the pertinent information to us and the underwriter to get the loan approved.

Dan with Rocket Mortgage did a great job at walking us through every step of the process. He made it quick and easy on our part. Dan kept us informed of where we were in the process at all times and shared updates often. Was available via call, email, and text at times convenient for us. Highly recommend!

Kent was highly recommended by Schwab. And I observed why he has such high marks. Well deserved. Professional. Responsive. He was a pleasure to work with.
