Tim Rice was an outstanding person to work with from the initial phone call to our final conversation and all the calls in between. Tim was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and overall a sweet person to deal with. At first, I was unsure if I was going to use Rocket Mortgage and he understood and never became annoyed or pushy. Their slogan "Engineered to amaze", was right on target. I was amazed at how easy Tim made the entire process for me. If I could give Tim a bonus, I would. He was on top of every question we had and sent almost immediate answers to our questions.We had our own Rocket Mortgage website where we were sent a to do list,paperwork required for processing our loan.There was also a message board if we didn't understand what they were asking for and always their response was immediate and they explained it to us in detail.I honestly loved Alex's personality,I know that I put a lot on him the fist few weeks but he never made me feel like I was being a pain.I hope Alex gets a big fat raise after dealing with me because I know I drove him crazy sometimes.Thank You Alex,we have our dream home now and this happened within 30day's.I will recommend you to anyone looking to buy a new home....P.S thanks for the AWESOME interest rate! Marty Komertz has done an amazing job since he has moved over to the hybrid coaching role. I had my best month on the floor in May and I attribute this directly to Marty’s coaching.
