When I called back, I was put in contact with Cass. Within minutes of speaking with him, I could tell he was a very sincere, caring person, extremely knowledgeable about mortgages & finance and was determined to help me accomplish the goal of saving money on my mortgage. He was honest with me from the very beginning and I trusted him.

Working for one of the top insurance brokers in the country for over 22 years and customer service being my #1 goal, I knew Cass would be the one that I wanted to work with. He has all the qualities of a superstar employee!!!!

During our first conversation, which lasted for about an hour, he assured me that he would do what was right for my family. He has exceptional communication skills, is highly motivated and I was extremely impressed when he told me that there was a solution to my inquiry. He immediately provided me with options on how I could save money as well as reduce the number of years left on my current mortgage. Well, one thing led to another and we quickly, i mean very quickly, got the necessary paperwork signed, provided all the necessary documents and am proud to say that we are closing on our refinance of our mortgage in two days. The entire process from start to end has been only 21 days.

Cass has saved me 4 years on my current mortgage which equates to $140,000, lowered my interest rate, eliminated PMI, and at closing, I will have a few thousand dollars to put into my savings account. This is a win, win, win, win situation.

During the past 21 days, I spoke to Cass a bunch of times and he is always courteous and caring asking how my family is. Sometimes we talked about traveling and football in addition to his persistence to help us close on our refinance as quickly as possible. I have made a new friend and will continue to keep in touch with him after my closing occurs. I highly recommend contacting Cass at Rocket Mortgage for any mortgage assistance.

I would give Joe, a 5 he is so nice and explains stuff so easy. I was really confused about the financing and thought it was to high, until he walked me through it. He always calls right back, and I mean in less than a minute sometimes. I like the way he walks you through things until you understand. Because it can be quite confusing at times. I would like to meet him in person sometime.
