Scott is living up to his name. He has the "Key" to making things happen quickly. Hence, he works for Rocket Mortgage. It has been great working with him as he knows the business and is flexible with his time. He has gone the second mile to work with someone in Arizona and on a 3 hour time change. Appreciate his efforts!

He was personable and it seemed like we had known each other all along. Matt and his team were meticulous and timely. We would be happy to refer anyone to him. Read MoreRead Less

Crystal was an amazing help in getting our new mortgage set up. She explained everything as we had questions and helped us understand all the different scenarios that we could qualify for and help us select the one that provided us the perfect balance. Thanks Joe for saving us thousands on a low interest refi. The process was very efficient and thorough. With this great savings I am confident that my targeted timeframe to retire will be achieved and our house paid off soon after. Thanks for your help.
