I am very happy that I called Joe with Rocket Mortgage. I was looking to refinance and had already got a quote from my current mortgage lender and was ready to go with them. I decided to call Rocket Mortgage just for a second opinion. I was on my out the door as I was calling and Joe got me a quote within minutes. And he beat my current mortgage holder!! Well that was a no brainier! But it gets ...I am very happy that I called Joe with Rocket Mortgage. The whole process with Joe and his team was very smooth and we closed in about 3 weeks. Everything from the electronic signatures to the notary coming to my house. I even loved that they had the date already filled in on the documents for my closing. And I especially liked my copy of the closing documents. It was all in a binder form (no loose documents!) and color coordinated. How simple is that. I have already referred Joe to my coworkers and family and will definitely keep his number handy. Every time I turned around it was being sold to another company and if I called no one knew a thing about my loan and history..basically I was just a number and a check. Stefan became my loan officer and lead me through the whole process, meeting all of my needs, not his companies. He spoke to me in a manner that I could understand and the trust that was developed was profound.
