Mack sends personal hand written thank you note to me. He is so professional and efficient. He responded to my change of preapproval letter requests quickly (even on weekends) which really helps in this market for a buyer when you need to put in an offer in a timely manner. The whole application process was easy and painless. Rocket Mortgage's online tool really makes it easy for me.
