Chris was very helpful with walking through the process. VA loan was straightforward and although there were some minor setbacks, he was more than helpful with things that he had control of. Would recommend him on further loans.

Ryan was always available, responded immediately and was incredibly enthusiastic. We found the transition through the loan process to be a bit cumbersome, especially as we were directed to other specialists in the team process where the process became quite impersonal. When we had an issue we could still go to Ryan for clarification. We would have preferred to work exclusively with Ryan.

Nathan is fantastic! As an example, one Sunday morning I left him a message asking a question about closing costs. I expected him to respond on Monday. Instead, Nathan offered to call us on Sunday to respond. He totally went above and beyond exceeding all my expectations. Very pleased with the ease of the process.
