Chris did a great job with my loan, it was quick efficient, and straight forward. He did a great job of explaining the process and helping with the documentation process (what was necessary and best way to provide it). The overall experience with Rocket Mortgage was the most positive in all of my years of dealing with mortgage companies. Highly recommend.

John was enthusiastic. We had some miscommunications on the amount of monies I would be getting back, the refunds, and closing costs- but when it was all said and done, and we talked it through, and he talked to his boss. The loan came out well. In the future, I think we could have all worked a little harder to communicate better.

Easiest refinance I've ever done. Super high level, let me know what to expect at every step and made sure I closed on exactly what we had discussed. Can't recommend Marc highly enough, thank you Marc!

I was most impressed by Michael's promptness to my needs. He was able to get back to me pretty fast when I had questions, or wanted to talk to him. He explained the process very clearly to me and made it a breeze in applying for my loan. The process went very smoothly and I was able to close on my loan in record time.

I recently refinanced my home mortgage loan through Rocket Mortgage. I had Jill as my lead contact and this was the second time I had used Jill and Rocket Mortgage. It was even easier this time, almost nothing for me to do. Highly recommend Jill for all your financing needs.
