Nick clearly and professionally told the steps, and information I needed to provide.

Ellen and her colleagues at Rocket Mortgage were very professional, efficient and helpful in handling my mortgage throughout the process. Especially noteworthy as my situation was not typical and required some additional clarification. I would hesitate to recommend Ellen to my family or friends to support their needs.

Chris was great to work with. He continued to keep us updated on our progress with our loan, open communication, easy, all around good guy. I was worried that refinancing our home was going to be a hassle, however I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth the process is. I highly recommend working with Chris if your looking to refinance your mortgage. Thank you Chris!

From the first phone conversation I felt confident that Tara was the right person to handle our refinance. This certainty carried until the end of the process. Tara was always available to answer questions and to explain any detail that we might be confused about.
