Michael did a fantastic job! He was always there to answer your questions even during odd hours and weekends. He is also very quick to ensure that we get our loans pre-approved so that we are ready to present our offer and our financial backing when we started talking to a realtor and builder. He defended us when we tried to get a lower interest rate from Rocket Mortgage to match another lender. He gives reminders and calls to follow up to ensure that the goal is reached on time. I set a date to close on our house and he has helped me tremendously to ensure that it happens on that day! Even pushing me and reminding me of the things I also needed to do to meet my deadline... And we did meet my deadline! Talk about customer service! He involved as much people I needed from Rocket Mortgage to ensure that my papers are submitted and reviewed on time. Thank you so much!
