I'll make this quick and simple: Thomas was awesome to work with! He:

1. notified my fiance and I right away when anything was needed from us.
2. was able to quickly set up a power of attorney when I wasn't able to be at the closing of my new house.
3. always answers or responds within the hour when called or e-mailed.

Would I choose to work with him again? Heck yes!

I am a first time home buyer and Lucas and Rocket Mortgage made this process simple. I always hear horror stories of how this process takes forever and is miserable for they buyer. I placed an offer on a house and it was excepted. The next day Lucas provided me with a provisionary closing date of August 4th. We actually closed on Aug 3rd. I cant say enough great things about Lucas. I hope that ...I am a first time home buyer and Lucas and Rocket Mortgage made this process simple. He also emphasized that Rocket Mortgage could probably get the loan completed and we may even be able to not only have one month with no payment but maybe even two if the load went through quick enough. Sure enough, it did and we were really surprised and happy for that. I would work with Jon again if the opportunity arouse and have already passed his contact information along to friends and colleagues at work just in case they get the bug to refinance as well.
