My husband and I had used Rocket Mortgage several years ago for our home in California, so I called once again for our home in Nevada. Right from the beginning Darren was efficient, warm, reassuring and professional. With his experience, every little detail ticked off like clock work and our loan closed in 24 days!

Jeff was very helpful, especially in the beginning part of the mortgage process. My mortgage was a little complicated because it involved a refinance from another property, but Jeff was with me every step of the way. If he didn't have the answer to my question right away, he would get back to me. I appreciated his commitment.

During my refinance to Rocket Mortgage, Tala made sure that I understood all the pros and cons and continued to maintain a connection with me throughout the process to assure that I was aware of VA and other requirements, necessary to complete a seamless transaction. She and her team made my experience very smooth.
