Joe does not understand the equine property market. I was told Rocket Mortgage was great to work with for Ag properties. To the contrary, Joe told me it might not be possible to get an acceptable appraisal for my equine property. This has not been a problem me or any other equine property owners on my road, in the past. He said Rocket Mortgage has higher standards than other lenders.

My only goal is to refinance to lower my rate and roll in a $14K home equity loan. I don't want to cash out; I have no other debt; a very high credit score; and. I have 70% equity in my property. This is a very straight forward refi.
