Brady was professional, pleasant to deal with and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Rocket Mortgage. The only issue I had was with the closing team. My first closing failed due to signing system being down with no support IT on call to fix it. It took over 2 days to get my closing rescheduled as no one would answer the phone.
