Contacted Rocket Mortgage thru a referral from a friend and worked with Pat. We refinanced our home in less then a month without any hoops to jump thru. We closed a mortgage about a year ago. The initial process went very smoothly. The closing was prompt, and then the best part!
We elected to take the automatic withdrawal. We decided to add about $360/mo to reduce the length of the mortgage from 25 to 20 years. The best part is that we can change or eliminate the extra money at any time if conditions change.
