Over the past several months I have been seeing articles on Facebook about HARP and how I could save by refinancing my home. Yesterday I clicked on the link and entered my information. Yesterday I clicked on the link and entered my information. Within minutes Cass called and we began a conversation. Cass was truly interested in our(my wife and I) goals and it was clear he wanted to help. I honestly thought that he would really push us into something that would only be marginally beneficial. That is what these telephone sales people do...right?
To my surprise and delight Cass said that he felt like we are in the best position possible and that he recommended we stay the course.

Kevin just has a way of making you feel at ease when going through what is typically a stressful process. He gave me information really quickly and any time I asked a question he was quick to respond. My team grew as I got farther along in the process, and he was probably the main reason I continued the process. I believe that without his knowledge and confidence, I might have given up. I have heard of so many people having such a bad home buying experience, and if anything, Kevin and Rocket Mortgage have made this a very easy process for me.
