I was in a difficult situation trying to get my home refinanced after a divorce and was turned down by two companies including my own mortgage company and even though I was awarded the house in the divorce order I ran into many obstacles and explained it to Peter Tomeric. I closed on my loan 4 weeks later and it was the easiest process I have ever done and was basically done all through email which was so convenient for me.
