Alan is simply the best. I wasn't expecting much except a lower rate when going through an online mortgage service like Rocket Mortgage. Wow, was I wrong. Not only did Alan call me within 60 seconds of pressing enter on the first screen, he was extremely knowledgeable and thorough regarding the loan and my options. Thank you Allan!!… I never would have imagined the loan process could be that ... Alan is simply the best. First off, if there was a way to give a rating higher than 5, Chad would get it! Having been in the service industry for 18 yrs myself, Chad is the "model" representative for a positive customer experience. In the recent past, I have had 2 horrible encounters with other lending representatives.

Having been in the service industry for 18 yrs myself, Chad is the "model" representative for a positive customer experience. In the recent past, I have had 2 horrible encounters with other lending representatives.

From the first phone call up until today, Chad has been outstanding. I have to admit that i was a little nervous about trying a 3rd time after my 2 past attempts, but Chad has been so helpful and has made this process actually exciting and fun as I would have hoped it would be.

Buying our first home was an awesome experience and Dan Wright got us through it! He was incredibly helpful in answering our questions and explaining information in ways that was easy to understand.
