I was a mortgage lender back in the late 80s, early 90s for a small private bank so I understood the process. I would get frustrated at some of the hoops we have have to jump through now but Jack would laugh with me and explain the reasons why the mortgage industry is the way it is today. I loved his sense of humor and the kindness that showed through in our phone conversations. He never led us on, he told the truth. I have recommended Jack to several of my friends and will continue to do so!!! Thanks Jack!!Read MoreRead Less

This was my first time using Rocket Mortgage. I was a bit skeptical about the online mortgage process but working with Josh put me at ease. He was very knowledgeable and easily guided me through each step. He provided answers and feedback within hours of my posting a question. Thanks to Josh, I had a great experience and will likely use Rocket Mortgage again.

You are asking a year or more after I dealt with Nick. He was fine. Rocket Mortgage was fine. I felt I was handed off many times, always professionally, but a little continuity is not a bad thing. Sorry I cannot be more helpful, but you asked!

Jack made refinancing a breeze. He worked closely with us to make sure we knew where we were in the process. He even followed up after we were in underwriting - most don't, they dump you once you're handed off. He even followed up after we closed to make sure we were satisfied with everything and to see if there was anything else he could help us with. Jack and Rocket Mortgage are the best! ...Jack made refinancing a breeze. He worked closely with us to make sure we knew where we were in the process. I've used then 4 times and recommend them to everyone. Read MoreRead Less

Nick did an incredible job!!! He and his entire team worked very hard to close our loan quickly, answer any questions we had, helped thru the entire process, and got us a AWESOME interest rate.
