Jerry did an amazing job in helping my wife and I refinance our loan. He was personable, responsive and extremely professional. I'd recommend anyone needing a loan, or going through a refinance, to go through Jerry.

Marc was always accessible by phone whenever I had a question, and he worked with me to offer me a refinance deal that beat out the competitors I was talking to. He connected me with other Rocket Mortgage employees so that I always had what I needed throughout the refinance process.

This is the 2nd mortgage we have done with Katlyn because I knew what to expect from the first time around. She is very professional, yet very approachable. We ran into a snag getting verification of employment, and when I called her about the issue, she immediately got another team to work on solving the problem. I have recommended her before, and I will certainly be recommending her again!
