Every time I needed help he was always available if I left a message he responded back right away not two or three days later if you every need a loan from Rocket Mortgage hope that you get Brandon he was to helpful aways was able to answer any of my questions he was just sooooo helpful. Gordon was great from beginning to end. Transparency was key for me and he hid nothing from us. The process was simple and he did a great job of walking us through all the steps. Additionally, I made several changes and he had no problem getting them taken care of even a few days from closing. Happy to recommend Gordon.
