I had worked on this with other people at Rocket, They were never able to get me to close the deal. I spoked to David over the phone, he was working on a mtgee for a mutual client. I gave him my info he looked it up and get me a much better deal. And he closed it. Thank You David

Ayyah was amazing with refinancing my HELOC. She adjusted to my ever changing ideas and thoughts. Great experience and customer service!

Unfortunately, Patrick was not the best communicator when it came to explaining the Home Mortgage Loan numbers. For example, we were not aware of how Seller's credits work within the Rocket Mortgage loan constraints and this caused a lot of confusion and rework. It took Patrick over 30 minutes to explain something that could have been explained in 5 minutes.

Bryan was thorough and professional from start to finish. He answered all our texts and phone calls in a timely manner even on the weekend which we didn't expect. Along the way we had a few questions that he was able to provide the answers we needed. Thank you Bryan for making this process easy and seamless.
