We wanted to refinance at a lower rate and payment once we had half our loan paid off. We worked with Eric through the loan process and he helped us set up the payments and payoff schedule we wanted. He is very easy to work with and even found opportunities we were not aware of. A very friendly guy, I would recommend to anyone looking for an easy loan process.
