Jason was incredible to work with. He was always very prompt in returning phone calls/emails and made sure we knew exactly what was happening every step of the way. We couldn't have had a better experience!

I thought Carl and Rocket Mortgage did an excellent job. It is at times a very stressful process, but Carl and his team were always available day of to answer questions. The process is tiedius to say the least, but Carl really came through and my wife and I could not be happier with our new home.

Daniel is very friendly, professional and thorough. Everything about the loan process was seamless. During our closing, the woman at the title company even commented on the efficiency of Daniel and his team.

Jordan was a true advocate for my wife and me during the process. She kept us well informed and was always able answer any questions we had or point us in the right direction. I would highly recommend her and Rocket Mortgage in general to any family or friends interested in refinancing. The process was efficient and quick. Thank you.

When I first contacted Rocket Mortgage, I was directed to Sean Gibala. As we spoke, he was sincere, very personable and quite professional. I might add that he was a very good listener. I could tell he was empathetic with my specific concerns. My contact with him led to a different yet rewarding experience. One unlike any other experience I've in the home finance business. Working with Mr. Shaw made the home loan process very smooth. He was very knowledgeable and attentive when it comes to his customers. Whenever my husband and I had a question about the process he was always quick to answer and explained everything thoroughly.
