Douglas has been a dream to work with. I have never worked with someone that has been able to meet and exceed everything I had asked for. A pure professional but makes you feel like you really matter. Rocket Mortgage better hang on to this individual. You have an incredible human being working for you. Again.... Thank you so much Douglas for all of your help.

From the very beginning to the very end of refinancing, Luke was extremely patient, informative, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Luke always made us feel comfortable to ask any question that came to us, and we felt he answered our questions with expertise and to our satisfaction. Luke kept us well informed throughout the refinancing process. It is a pleasure doing business with Luke and Rocket Mortgage. Respectfully Submitted by ShirleyA DarnallRead MoreRead Less
