Kristina made this whole house buying/ loan process easy. Thought it was my first time buying a home, I had couple experiences with other private local lenders and nothing compares to her. She was ALWAYS available and so personable. I called her at 10 pm one time (when she was off from work) about something I needed, and she called me right back. It's a rarity these days to find someone so kind ...Kristina made this whole house buying/ loan process easy. Josh was excellent. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly all at the same time. I had complete confidence in his ability to help me. Doing business with Josh gave me a good impression of your company. I work in a bank as well. And I know that a mortgage is a mortgage is a mortgage. Banks differentiate themselves through superior service and Josh demonstrates that. Great job Josh!
