This was our second experience refinancing a mortgage with Rocket Mortgage. Both refi's were absolutely smooth as silk. Brian did a great job keeping us informed and moving things along quickly. Best of all, I never felt like I was being tricked or led astray. I would most certainly recommend Brian and Rocket Mortgage to friends and family.

After dealing with another company for over 4 months to refinance our home. Sam Shabrang and his team at Rocket Mortgage closed in less than a month, with lower interest rate, cutting 5 years off the life of the loan, and even lower monthly payments. Who could ask for more. Rocket Mortgage is the BEST place to finance your home! Thank You Sam and Rocket Mortgage.

Louis was very helpful. He kept us informed and was very knowledgable. If it wasn't for him getting us through all the steps we probably wouldn't be sitting in our new home. We would recommend him to anyone wanting to buy.

DeAnna was very attentive, honest and compassionate. She saw to me getting what I sought out and never let me totter. By far DeAnna and all other Rocket Mortgage employees REALLY deserve 5+ stars & great compensation. I've never experienced a more customer service driven company. Keep up the great work!!

In my first encounter with Jeremy I found him to be immediately thoughtful of my needs and knowledgeable to the point where he anticipated and met my needs before I really even knew them myself. In his follow up call I was met with the same excellence. I look forward to continuing to work with him.
