Bryan provided excellent customer service! At the beginning Bryan told me exactly how much the total cost would be for the new loan, the new interest rate and the new monthly payment. He was the only one out of four lenders that informed me that because I was a disabled veteran that I qualified for a veteran waiver fee. Again, I was very impressed with Bryan.
