We have been envolved in many settlements over the years and this was the most efficient and smooth closing we have ever encountered. Diana is an unbelieveable assest to Rocket Mortgage. She is so efficeint and professional and gives a real sense of caring and taking care of her customers. What a delightful person to work with!

We greatly appreciate all the hard work Ryan has done for us. He's very cooperative, professional and a very pleasant person to communicate with. We would totally recommend him especially to people who have a lot of questions...he will answer them all :). Thank you so much Ryan for everything!

Mollie was wonderful to work with. She is very professional and very informed as to every question I asked her. Wish she could have handled the entire process for me.

Justin proved that Rocket Mortgage stands by their name. Our refinance took us less than 3 weeks to finalize; what could be quicker than that! Justin was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He answered every question we had, and he kept us up-to-date through the entire process. What a wonderful, personable young man! I have bought/refinanced homes many times over the last 30 years. The process was always nothing short of torture. All of the back and forth, coordination and confirmations not including the rate changes, etc. When we found Dan at Rocket Mortgage, it was the polar opposite. I kept asking my wife "can it really be this easy?". It is. I very rarely send in reviews but in this case, I would be doing ...I have bought/refinanced homes many times over the last 30 years. I actually cant wait until the next time I use Dan's services.Read MoreRead Less

Michael was wonderful to work with. He not only got us the best possible rate he could, but he managed to get everything done for us for our short 30-day close. He helped us with the loan that we had on our old house that was through Rocket Mortgage, and then secured everything for us for our new home loan through Rocket Mortgage. He was available for us to answer questions, handle documents and just help us every step of the way and responded to any questions/requests within minutes. If any of my friends, family or co-workers, are looking to secure a loan in the future I will definitely be referring them to Michael. He made our home buying process seamless and easy, which we greatly appreciated.Read MoreRead Less

Brain, was great to work with! Always had answers for my questions and was easy to get in contact with! It's nice to call a company and have an actual person answer and care about your concerns. Need more American companies to invest in the employees that take care of the American people and their vested interest in supporting the great country of the United States.
