Ryan was an absolute pleasure to work with when my husband and I bought the perfect house for us. I was angry and frustrated going into this transaction and honestly was not expecting much from Rocket Mortgage but Nate and his team quickly turned that around. Knowledgeable and responsive, Nate was quick to answer questions and respond to inquiries, going out of his way on nights and weekends to return my calls. My mortgage had reached a point where I could save money by refinancing to remove the monthly PMI payments. Not only did I save by having those payments removed, but my interest rate decreased and the term of my loan was decreased by around 16 months. Thanks Alex for looking out for me.
