Honestly, Kyle's professionalism and demeanor are a primary reason we ended up going with Rocket Mortgage. I would highly recommend Kyle to anyone going through a refinance or new home loan process. I also think Rocket Mortgage is great, and has made the complicated home loan process as easy as possible. So much better than what I was used to in the "old days" where everything was paper -driven. That said, the fact that a high tech outfit like Rocket Mortgage hires people like Kyle to make for a personalized experience is an added bonus.Read More Read Less
