Our loan officer Manar help us from day one. She explained the refi threw Rocket Mortgage and helped us fill the needed paper work correctly. She gave the best rate possible and never once did the rate increase. My wife and I had a few questions as the loan progressed, Manar and her Rocket Mortgage team explained our questions promptly.
