During the post Garrett process, we did notice lapses in communication from others employees, but not to the point that we couldn't close on our loan. Besides Garrett another strong area were the closing attorneys. Never a problem and always very professional.Read MoreRead Less

We used Joseph to start our Rocket Mortgage and I was very impressed with his knowledge of all types of loans available for us. The process went as he had told us and I would ask for him to do any more business in the future that we might need. Rocket Mortgage is perfect for all your needs and you dont even have to leave your home. Mary L Carter

Allen was extremely responsive, helpful, and professional throughout my entire experience working with him. From the first interaction where he saved me the hassle of having to manually fill out my application all the way post closing when he helped me gather all my documents in digital form, I was thrilled to have Allen helping me manage my refinancing.
