I had contacted my own bank first and they sent me a huge packet of papers and a list of additional items I was going need. I had absolutely no idea a where to start, or what info I was suppose to put on what line. Overwhelmed, I just never did it.
By the end of my first conversation with Kyle, he had literally done it all for me. There were other documents they needed along the way, but Kyle along with the team He passed me off to for the next steps would call with exactly what they needed from me or they would fill out and email me documents just needling my signature.
Fast, efficient, friendly, understanding, patient. Kyle was the beginning of a really great experience.

Shane is the best of the best! My file was a bit complicated, refinancing 3 loans at the same time then changing midway through the process to two loans.
