Through the process Jill has ben there to help smooth things out. More than once I wanted to throw the towel in and walk away but Jill found someone to help smooth things out. This is my first loan dealing with Rocket Mortgage and so far so good.

Michael was professional, timely, and addressed any question I had quickly and accurately. The mortgage process can be stressful at times but Michael and his team were very responsive and did their best to make sure I understood what is required and how best to navigate the large amount of information required for the mortgage. I recommend Rocket Mortgage and Michael for your mortgage needs.
