Response to my issues was quick. The process seemed a little "hurried" i.e. - pressured to complete ASAP but I understand the need from Rocket Mortgage's prospective to keep "the ball rolling". Perhaps there is away to explain that to customers who don't have the business banking background that I do. I can see the pressure to be troublesome to those that don't understand that need.
