Simon was my first contact with Rocket Mortgage. He was the reason i went with Rocket Mortgage....He knew all the answers, guided me in the right direction...and if I didn't understand details, which there are many, i knew I could call Simon and he always had the answers. Our second refi with Allen Ross was again as smooth as could be. Allen is extremely easy to work with. He mixes friendly rapport with efficiency without applying any pressure on the client. Allen is obviously highly competent and motivated to complete the process quickly and without snags. He or another team member are always available and eager to make sure the client is informed and satisfied.

Peter made refinancing super simple. Any questions I had he was quick to get back to me with the pertinent information. He was willing to try different solutions based on the feedback I had and the goals that I was attempting to accomplish.
