They responded very quickly, understood what they needed from us and proceeded to guide us through the process. Summer was awesome! I was reluctant to use an online mortgage service but Summer did a great job building confidence in me that Rocket Mortgage would be a great experience. She was right. Closed in about 3 weeks without having to do much of the leg work. The Rocket Mortgage team made this a positive and painless process. Summer was a key part of that team.

I was impressed with Mark's friendliness and knowledge when it came to refinancing our home. I was amazed that if he was unable to immediately take my phone call, he would promptly return it. I was never left wondering what was going on with our loan because of his availablity and knowledge. I really appreciated his friendliness and honesty which seems rare these days.
