It was very easy to communicate with Troy. I sent him texts on a daily basis asking for updates on interest rates and he responded within the hour everytime. He made the whole process very easy. I also love how everything is set up online from the beginning and all documents are reviewed online. Once you close the same online account is used to pay the mortgage. Very easy!!
