Sam was the main reason I went with Rocket Mortgage or stayed with them. As soon as I started the loan process my loan company that I had my loan with contacted me and wanted me to refinance with them. Sam helped me through the loan process so it was very easy. When I first saw all the documents and papers that I had to fill out I almost threw in the towel. Sam talked me through them and we worked them one at a time. He stayed on the phone with me while I filled them out and made the process very easy. Sam needs more than a 5 star in my book. Very nice and professional, he also kept me informed as to how the loan was going and what he thought. Sam added a personal touch that you can not teach, he is a natural and it was a pleasure to work with him. Greg came recommend from my sister who has a lot of home buying experience. I myself have never bought a house and to be honest I didn't think I could. I spoke with Greg and he guided me through the whole process. He was there every step of the way. I even called him on a Saturday night at 8 o'clock and he called me back at 8:10!!! And even after we closed Greg called me just to see how everything was going. He is an outstanding rep for Qwiken loans. I would absolutely recommend him and Qwiken loans. Angelo put a stop to any bad review I had read. He was always on the ball with what he needed and getting back to any questions I had. I talked to him as late as 9pm and then 8 am the next day, he put in the time for me to meet my closing date. My only regret is that I wasn't able to shake his hand and thank him in person.
