It took a while to get my loan, but it is because I have a complicated financial situation that needed thorough examination. We want them to take our word for it, but not everyone tells the truth so while I hated the waiting I understand their wanting verification. I worked with Whitney Carey throughout this process and she was a true rock and listened to my endless whining and complaining, the employees at Rocket Mortgage ROCK. Be patient people if you don't have a simple debt to income it takes time, they are there to help you. We closed and with all that is going on in my finances, I do have good credit btw. They hung in there and worked hard to get me my loan. Most people's loans are probably not that complicated. It can be frustrating as they wade through intricate details of your expenses and income, but hang in there if you are honest and have good credit they will get you what you want in the end if you qualify.
