Even though Rocket Mortgage was highly recommended on the internet by JD Powers and by a trusted colleague, I must admit I still had reservations. I don't know why? Wingyee went above and beyond in the execution of this refinance. Sincere, friendly, courteous are only a few of the adjectives that I can use to describe our dealings with her. She kept us apprised of the status of the loan from start to finish. I've taken out a few mortgages in my 63+ years and she is hands down the best. Keep it up!!!

Words can not explain how wonderful Cortni is . We are first time home buyers and we knew nothing about the steps of a mortgage . Cortni was so kind and helpful and calmed our fears and guided us through the loan with ease. She is very quick at responding to any questions we might have had.
