The Rocket Mortgage's team was an awesome experience as well. Everyone was quick to respond to any question I had in the loan process, each person I spoke with knew their job very well and could immediately transfer me to the correct department on the first try. (No lines - no lies - no waiting).

I am more than happy to speak with anyone who may doubt what Rocket Mortgage has provided me.

When I recently approached Rocket Mortgage it had been 25 yrs since the last time I had bought a house and I was a bit lost on the whole process, a little senile, and probably too impatient- and after passing thru the hands of two or three agents, I was beginning to lose perspective of the end goal and was a bit of a pill, I'm afraid.
