The minute I got Ernie on the phone I knew I was dealing with the right guy to get my loan done. After working on it for 3 1/2 months with Wells Fargo who declined my loan, I came to Rocket Mortgage. Ernie made me feel comfortable from the beginning and did what he said he would do.
