It was hard to get ahold of Bianca and she wasn't thorough on our closing so last minute we had to get documents. We continuously had to add more documents every day. It was easier in the past to close.

We just wrapped up our second transaction through Rocket with Justin's guidance, and as usual he was the consummate professional with outstanding responsiveness and expertise. There is literally no one else at Rocket we will work with, despite Rocket's highly dubious practice of allowing (and even encouraging) agents to poach business from one another. On our first call we made Nathan aware that we had heard negative reviews of Rocket Mortgage changing rates and adding fees. He assured us that would not be the case but that is exactly what happened. He consistently overpromised and underdelivered. On top of the fact that he was non-responsive for days and his excuse was - I was out of town or I was at the vet with my cat. Jeannie and the entire Rocket Mortgage team were amazing. We were in constant contact and worked thru our entire deliverables list in short order. Within maybe 2 -3 weeks of initiating my loan application we were pretty much ready to close. The entire team was very responsive and helpful.
